Arrive in Belize City, where our representative greets you and transfers you to the Belize Tourism Village dock. A scenic 90-minute boat ride across turquoise waters brings you to Turneffe Island Resort. Settle into your beachfront cabana with panoramic views, hammocks, and private porches. In the evening, enjoy a family-style dinner prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

Spend two full days enjoying your luxury Belize family vacation in paradise. Snorkel straight from your beach or join guided boat trips to explore colorful coral gardens filled with nurse sharks, rays, and tropical fish. Learn about lionfish population control and join your guides in spotting this invasive species. Additionally, try paddleboarding, Hobie cat sailing, or fly fishing. Venture out for a full-day marine expedition. Begin by snorkeling the Great Blue Hole’s rim before heading to vibrant reefs surrounding Half Moon Caye. Enjoy a Belizean BBQ lunch and observe native wildlife like red-footed boobies and iguanas. On your way back, stop to snorkel above massive barrel sponges and schools of yellow snapper.

Today, transfer back to the mainland and head west into Belize’s jungle region. Check in at The Lodge at Chaa Creek, an award-winning eco-resort. Spend the afternoon exploring the property’s private nature reserve, canoeing the Macal River, or visiting the butterfly farm and Maya medicinal garden.

Experience two of the most iconic inland adventures. First, float through the limestone cave systems at Caves Branch—passing waterfalls and cathedral-like chambers. Later, climb the ancient pyramids at Xunantunich and enjoy sweeping jungle views from the summit of El Castillo while your guide shares stories of the Maya civilization.

Begin with a visit to a local Mayan family where you’ll learn to make traditional corn tortillas—fun for all ages. Then, canoe into Barton Creek Cave by headlamp, drifting past giant stalactites and discovering ancient rituals.
